Moving on "A Menace Untamed."

Some will recognize the picture on the cover of the renamed novel. (See the Menu Tab 'Bromance Books'.) It was once titled Treasured Blood, but experience with that title left a lot of people wondering just what it meant, and the androgynous young man on the cover was believed to be a girl. Well, no. Not a girl. That's Kylan and he figures heavily in this story about government control on people who are feared as different and not 'normal.' He's a mage (the word is e'thrae -- pronounced ee-thray). He and his kind are the targets of the non-mage (B'vacha) government. Why? Because they are mages.

Anyway, long story short, the other original angle wasn't working for me as an author and I simply decided to make it all better. I'm finished with the revised draft, and am currently on the second stage of editing, which I hope to complete by mid-December, 2022. Once the main editing is finished, I will print up the pages and use a ruler then go line-by-line to look for any hidden typos and to make sure certain phrases and words used in a Galaxy 700 years into the future are consistent in spelling.

This is to be a Bromance story. Call it that, or brother-of-soul story, or broship, or brother-friend. The key is that it's a deeply bonded friendship between the other main character, Blake Hayden and his adoptive younger brother Kylan. I am currently up to chapter 13 out of 43 chapters to be edited. I've given myself 3 chapters a day to get that major task done.

Once all is finished in that stage, I will begin formatting for the paperback format and from there will come the Kindle format and then we can begin formulating a publication date. This is the first of two books and the second book will be tackled once I get the second book to my Warrior Guard Chronicles finished and published. (Target date for that is by the end of June 2023.)

Target publication date for "A Menace Untamed" is March of 2023 if not sooner. *fingers crossed*.
